- As an International Presenter and Australian Fitness Professional and Presenter of the year and, this year also being awarded Australian fitness author of the year for her services to training and education, there is no one with a greater depth of knowledge in this area to share with you. Add to this Lisa’s background as a physiotherapist, all aspects of ball training are covered in detail.
Course Outline:
- Develop a sound understanding of fitball training for fitness clients and classes
- Discuss and practice exercises on the ball including gentle mobility, low impact cardio vascular, strength and stability, flexibility and relaxation
- Identify teaching tips, modifications and progressions for all exercises from beginner to advanced
- Confirm and consolidate your fitball instruction technique
- Design fitball classes and one on one training programs to suit individual needs
- Expand your repertoire of ball exercises for your clients and classes
- Training manual included
