- All QPEC workshops, certifications, and online courses are registered with Fitness Australia to offer continuing education credits (CECs). We offer you the highest quality fitness education from top Australian and international presenters.
- Note: Fitness Australia Exercise Professionals are required to engage in ongoing development and obtain 20 CEC’s over two years in order to re-register with Fitness Australia.
Advanced Cycling Workshop – 2 CEC’s

BOSU Xplode Workshop – 3 CEC’s
Take the versatility of the BOSU Balance Trainer to a whole new level with this ultimate cross-training workshop. Learn a unique system for incorporating elements of strength, cardio, core, balance and agility into one full body workout and brand new exercises that use minimal equipment, minimal space, but give MAXIMUM results! BOSU Xplode is suitable for one on one or group training and available as a face to face workshop or an online study course.
Diabesity 2013 Workshop – 6 CEC’s

Exercising 4 Two – 6 CEC’s
Join Lisa Westlake as you learn to develop a sound understanding of the physiological and emotional changes that occur during pregnancy and early motherhood. Become aware of what is safe and why we need to modify exercises. Discuss possible pregnancy related conditions and identify appropriate exercise modifications. Knee/ Ankle Pain and Injuries: Specific Exercise Prescription – 7 CEC’s
Up to 40% of your clients will have knee problems at any one time with the most common being patella tracking problems. In this workshop, participants will learn vital screening tools, advanced anatomical function, biomechanics and corrective exercises.

This workshop is presented by Adam Floyd and is vital to anyone working in the rehabilitation, gym or personal training environment – the shoulder is one of the most commonly injured joints in the body! The exercises you prescribe to your clients can be harmful. Learn to be more specific than “if it hurts, don’t do it”.
