AQUA – Deep Water Cross Training

  • Whether you are a serious sportsperson, or just someone looking to increase their fitness level & add some variety, this deep water session is for you!
  • Using buoyancy belts and principles of resistance, power, speed and floatation, we apply this to various skills from sports such as martial arts, basketball and football in a session guaranteed to give you a great workout and take home value!
