Performance Balance Workshop

  • People require balance most in unpredictable environments such as catching a ball surfing, playing tennis or jumping. Balance can be trained and transfers to most sports and daily activities.
  • Join the TWIST Australian master coaches as they teach you how to integrate whole body movement with unstable surfaces into every aspect of your training session from your warm up to your cool down.
  • Learn progressions and regressions using traditional and untraditional training tools for functional fitness in all clients ranging from deconditioned to elite athletes.
