- Join Ian O’Dywer in this 4 hour interactive workshop that looks at how clients can regain the fun aspect of their training session helping them to achieve better results in all aspects of their lives. Understanding the body better allows us to implement simplistic drills or games into our sessions which enhances the client’s enjoyment of exercise whilst improving their fundamental movement.
