Shoulder Pain and Injuries: Specific Exercise Prescription
- This seminar is vital to anyone working in the rehabilitation, gym or personal training environment – the shoulder is one of the most commonly injured joints in the body! The exercises you prescribe to your clients can be harmful. Learn to be more specific than “if it hurts, don’t do it”.
- Physiotherapists, doctors and specialists are starting to refer patients to those providers and gyms they know have further training in dealing with pain and injuries.

Knee/Ankle Pain and Injuries: Specific Exercise Prescription
- Up to 40% of your clients will have knee problems at any one time with the most common being patella tracking problems. In this seminar, participants will learn vital screening tools, advanced anatomical function, biomechanics and corrective exercises.
- Trainers will benefit from an advanced knowledge of knee injuries and more confidence in dealing with clients with knee pain.

- Exercise for osteoarthritis.
