Shipping and Returns
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the unused items (excluding CD’S, DVD, videos, and printed materials such as manuals, flash cards, charts, etc) within 14 days from the date of invoice for a full refund (excluding shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees).
- All returns must be accompanied with an authorization number, obtainable through QPEC and posted to:

Workshop Cancellations
- All workshops and courses must be paid prior to course commencement. Should a cancellation occur after registration a $55.00 administration fee will apply.
- If less than 5 days notice is given a 50% administration fee will apply. All paperwork including confirmation letter and tax receipt must be returned to QPEC before a refund is issued.
- Failure to give more than 48 hours notice will result in a no refund policy.
